This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for services provided by frantiger (“we,” “us,” or “our”). As a management and business consulting firm, our services are advisory, time-intensive, and based on intangible intellectual property. Therefore, our policy is structured to reflect the nature of our work.

 

1. Our Commitment

 

Our primary goal is to deliver exceptional value and satisfaction through our consulting services. We strive to meet all agreed-upon project milestones and objectives as detailed in your signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). All refund requests will be handled fairly and on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the terms outlined below.


 

2. General Refund Eligibility

 

Due to the nature of consulting services (which involve intellectual property, time commitment, and proprietary methodologies), frantiger does not offer refunds once a project or service phase has commenced and work has been delivered.

Refunds are generally only considered under the following limited circumstances:

 

A. Pre-Commencement Cancellation

 

A full refund may be provided for any retainer or pre-payment made if the client provides written notice of cancellation before the agreed-upon project start date and before any substantive consulting work (such as initial research, planning, or resource allocation) has begun.

 

B. Failure to Deliver (Our Default)

 

A prorated refund may be considered if frantiger, for reasons within our control, is unable to complete a clearly defined deliverable or milestone as specified in the SOW, and no alternative resolution (such as reassignment of personnel or extension of timeline) can be mutually agreed upon. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the pre-paid service fees associated with the undelivered work.


 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

 

No refunds will be provided in, but not limited to, the following situations:

  • Completion of Service: Once a defined project, phase, or time-block of consulting hours has been completed and the deliverables (reports, strategies, presentations, etc.) have been provided to the client.
  • Dissatisfaction with Outcome: Consulting is advisory. Refunds are not granted based on a client’s dissatisfaction with the outcome or recommendations provided, as we cannot guarantee business results (which are dependent on client execution and external factors).
  • Termination by Client: If the client terminates the service agreement prematurely, fees for all services rendered up to the date of termination are non-refundable. Any remaining prepaid fees for services not yet rendered will be evaluated per the cancellation terms in the governing Service Agreement.
  • Discovery/Diagnostic Fees: Initial diagnostic fees, assessments, and retainer fees covering project setup, initial research, and resource preparation are typically non-refundable once this work has begun.
  • Hourly Consulting: Fees charged for services billed on an hourly basis are non-refundable once the hours have been utilized and invoiced.

 

4. Refund Request Procedure

 

To request a refund under the eligible conditions, the client must follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Written Request: The request must be submitted in writing via email to [911@frantiger.biz] within [ten (10) days] of the alleged failure to deliver or cancellation event.
  2. Provide Documentation: The request must clearly state the reason for the refund, reference the specific Service Agreement or SOW, and provide any relevant supporting documentation.
  3. Review Process: frantiger will review the request against the terms of this policy and the governing Service Agreement. We will aim to provide a written response within [15 business days].

 

5. Dispute Resolution

 

In the event of a dispute regarding service delivery or payment, both parties agree to first engage in good-faith negotiation to resolve the issue before pursuing legal remedies. Our goal is always to find a mutually acceptable solution, which may include credit for future services or corrective work, as an alternative to a monetary refund.
